Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the oktk1 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the entity operating oktk1. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and eligible to access online gaming services under applicable laws in Bangladesh to use these terms. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or using the platform, and any such accounts identified will be terminated immediately. oktk1 may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time.
These terms were last updated in 2026 and are subject to change at any time. In the event of an update, we will publish a notice on the website and notify registered users. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation & Security
To create an account on oktk1, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one account — operating multiple accounts under the same identity is a violation of our terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed. The mobile number and email address provided at registration must belong to you personally.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your login details or allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately — acting quickly is essential to protecting your funds.
As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, oktk1 may request a National ID, passport, or other identity documents at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that fails verification or is found to have provided false information. This process is in place to protect users and maintain the integrity of the platform.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All users must comply with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh while using the oktk1 platform. Harassing other users, spreading false information, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to compromise the platform's security will be treated as a serious breach of these terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination upon detection:
- Conducting money laundering or any suspicious financial transactions.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or unauthorized software to play games.
- Abusing bonus or promotion terms to gain an unfair advantage.
- Creating an account using another person's identity or false information.
- Attempting to modify, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform's software or code.
If you have a dispute or complaint regarding the platform, please raise it through our official support channels. Spreading false information on social media or in public before a complaint has been resolved may result in legal action. All users are expected to conduct themselves honestly and responsibly.

Payment & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the oktk1 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support a range of popular payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 — these limits are subject to change.
Deposits are generally credited instantly, though network delays may occasionally extend this to up to 30 minutes. Withdrawals typically take 24 to 72 hours to process, and additional identity verification may be required for first-time withdrawals. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
Withdrawing bonus balance requires meeting specific wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on each promotion's detail page. Attempting to withdraw before fulfilling the bonus terms may result in the bonus balance being voided. We reserve the right to hold payments and investigate any transactions we deem suspicious.
If you experience an issue with a transaction, please contact our support team with the transaction ID or a screenshot. All transaction records are securely stored in our system and can be provided to users upon request. We do not share transaction details with any third party under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
The oktk1 platform provides services on an "as is" basis, and no guarantee is made of uninterrupted or error-free service. oktk1 will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or internet connectivity problems. While we strive to maintain maximum uptime, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend services in unforeseen circumstances.
Gaming outcomes are determined entirely by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and no specific result is ever guaranteed. oktk1's liability for funds won or lost through bets or games is limited strictly to cases of technical error. oktk1 will not provide compensation for financial losses resulting from gameplay, as participation is entirely at the user's own discretion.
The oktk1 website, app, logo, brand name, content, graphics, software, and all other materials are protected under our intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit these materials beyond personal use. We reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use.
Content from third-party game providers is protected under their respective intellectual property laws. oktk1 does not own this third-party content but holds a license to display their services. For any issues or disputes regarding third-party services, you may contact the relevant provider directly.
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites; however, oktk1 is not responsible for the content or policies of those external sites. We recommend reviewing each site's own privacy policy and terms before visiting. We remain committed to maintaining the security of our platform.
Account Suspension, Terms Updates & Governing Law
Oktk1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under any of the following circumstances: breach of these terms, fraudulent or deceptive activity, suspicion of money laundering, or a directive from a legal authority. Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus balances may be forfeited in cases involving a breach of terms. Users wishing to appeal a suspension may contact our support team.
Users may request to close their account at any time. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days, during which transaction activity on the account may be limited. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the registered payment method.
Oktk1 reserves the right to amend these terms, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the website and, where possible, notify users via their registered email or mobile number. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed full acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or legal claims will fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. As a first step in dispute resolution, we encourage direct dialogue and mediation.
